This World's Government

In the previous post, I meant to link this from Daffodils and Dragonflies because it's along the same lines really. How much of our lives is our government supposed to control? So many people yell "Wake Up America" as if we are ignoring the signs but even when we see them, what are we supposed to do? The media certainly isn't giving objective facts, where shall we get our information? I know there has been a lot more I could have done and still be doing to determine the best person for political positions but I don't see that any of the 'facts' put out are true anyway. We aren't given the choice in many situations - how many of our current laws did we actually agree to?
