I wonder how many of us will be spiritual adults if our aging is only counted when we "walk according to the spirit and not according to the flesh." How much of our lives actually count?
How much of our lives count? I'd say all of them. The good and the bad. The weak moments and the strong moments. Everything is seen by God. He weighs all our deeds. Whether we have great faith or small faith or much learning or little or many deeds of kindness or few, it all matters. Our thoughts and actions make up who we are, whether we were walking in the Spirit or according to the flesh.
Heh. I'd be a toddler or younger.
ReplyDeleteEvery life counts. All life is precious. We are created betzelem elohim (in the image of God).
We have different talents and abilities. Whether we choose to use them for good or ill is another matter.
But, in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them-including us humans-and declared it very good.

ReplyDeleteI know that I would be much younger. LOL!!! I may find my answer funny, but it is also the truth. However, I am still growing and trying.
